🌱 Planting

Blackberry Lily seeds benefit from a period of cold, moist stratification before germination. Seeds may be sown outdoors in fall, allowing natural winter temperatures to provide the cold period, or cold stratified before spring planting.

Plant seeds in well-draining soil and lightly cover. Keep the soil consistently moist during germination and while young seedlings become established.

Choose a sunny to partially sunny location with good drainage. As a perennial grown from seed, plants need time to mature and should not be expected to bloom immediately after planting.
